There comes a point in some warranty problems where talking stops being enough and you need it in writing. A dealer asks you to “send through the details”. A manufacturer wants proof of when the fault started. Or a claim stalls, and you decide to take it further, to a consumer-protection body. That is the moment loadmate can hand you a complete, orderly record of the whole thing — ready to send, in a single file.

Save the PDF

From an issue’s top bar, tap the download icon. loadmate gathers the entire claim into a tidy, branded PDF and saves it to your device. It saves through your device’s Save to Files, so you choose where it goes — a folder you will find again, or wherever you keep documents. From there you can attach it to an email to the dealer or manufacturer, print it, or pass it to a consumer-protection body. It is an ordinary PDF, so whoever you send it to can open it on any phone, tablet, or computer.

What is in it

The PDF pulls together everything the claim holds, laid out cleanly so it reads well to someone seeing it for the first time:
  • You and the rig — your name, and the vehicle or trailer the claim concerns, with its make, model, year, and registration.
  • The linked cover — the warranty you connected the issue to, so the reader can see it was in force.
  • The full dated timeline — every call, email, and visit you logged, in order, with the photos and documents you attached along the way.
  • Any outstanding promises — what was pledged and by when, so a “we’ll sort it next week” that never happened is there in black and white.
In short, it is the record you have been keeping, gathered into one document that speaks for itself.

A Pro feature

Saving the evidence PDF is a Pro feature. Everything leading up to it — opening an issue, reading its whole timeline, checking the status — stays free for everyone. Tap the download icon without an active Pro subscription and loadmate shows the upgrade sheet instead of saving the file.
Non-Pro, lapsed-Pro, and demo users can read a claim in full, but saving the PDF needs Pro. On the demo rig the record is there to explore so you can see how it works; it cannot be exported.
You can trust what the PDF says, because none of it comes from anywhere but the record you built. loadmate does not contact the dealer, fetch your paperwork, or add anything of its own — it simply arranges what you logged into a form you can hand over. The evidence is yours; loadmate just makes it presentable.

Where to go next

Track a warranty claim

Keep the dated record the PDF is built from: log each call, email, and visit, and set the status as the claim moves along.

Review and edit an issue

Open a logged issue to read or change its details, manage its photos, or remove it.

Log a warranty issue

Capture a problem the day you notice it, with the date and a photo, and link it to the cover that applies.
