loadmate has two plans. Free is for exploring the app and a demo rig from your region. Pro is for saving and maintaining your own vehicles, trailers, loads, weigh-ins, tyres, maintenance, and warranty records.
Free
Free gives you the whole product on demo data. You sign in, pick a demo rig that matches your region, and explore every screen as if the data were your own.
On Free you can:
- Explore a fully populated demo rig from your region, with a banner reminding you that you are looking at a demo profile rather than your own setup.
- See every feature on that demo data, including the Rig Score, compliance checks, loads, weigh-ins, trips, maintenance, and tyres.
- Open the create and edit screens to see how they work. The demo data is read-only, so you can tap through freely without changing anything.
The free experience is the trial. There is no separate signup for a limited version, and your safety information stays free.
Your safety score and compliance checks are always free, including after a Pro subscription ends.
Pro
Pro is the annual subscription that lets loadmate manage your own rig. Upgrading is simple: the first time you try to save your own rig data, such as adding your first vehicle or trailer, the upgrade sheet appears with the Pro price for your region and a one-tap upgrade. You can also start or manage it any time from More -> Settings -> Subscription; see Manage your subscription.
With Pro you can:
- Add your own vehicle and trailer and keep them saved.
- See a live Rig Score on your real setup, recalculated every time you change something.
- Save weigh-in reports and use them to calibrate your setup.
- Track a weight distribution hitch.
- Keep tyre profiles, maintenance records, and warranty records for your own assets.
- Plan trips with a pre-trip checklist.
There are no feature tiers inside Pro. One annual price gives you the full product on your own data.
If you already had Pro and reinstall loadmate or move to a new phone, use Restore purchases to re-link your subscription without paying again.
What happens when Pro lapses
If a Pro subscription ends, your own data is not deleted. You keep reading your vehicle, trailers, loads, trips, and history, and a banner explains that your subscription has ended. loadmate does not reload demo profiles over your real rig.
While Pro is lapsed, write actions wait until you renew. You can still open many screens and review what you have saved, but saving changes to your own rig data prompts you to renew first. Your safety information stays visible the whole time.

Pricing wording
Pro is an annual subscription, billed once per year per region. There is no monthly billing, no free trial, and no introductory or limited-time pricing. The free experience is the trial.
When you reach a Pro action, the upgrade sheet shows the annual Pro price for your region and an upgrade action. You can subscribe, restore an existing purchase, or dismiss the sheet and return to what you were doing.
To see the upgrade sheet, open any action that saves your own rig data, such as adding your first vehicle.
