Activity & alerts lives under More, then Activity, and it is a read-only history of the alert actions you have taken. Open it to review the alerts you have dismissed, snoozed, or acknowledged, all in one date-ordered list, so nothing you set aside is lost from view. It is a history, not a second to-do list. To fix the underlying issue, open the screen named by the alert or go back to the feature that owns it, such as Rig, Service & Tasks, Tyres, Trips, or Warranty.

Open Activity & alerts

Open More, then Activity. The screen reads alert history for your saved assets. A fresh profile may be empty until you dismiss, snooze, acknowledge, or re-show an alert.

What appears here

Rows are grouped as a simple date-ordered log. A row can show:
  • Dismissed when you set an alert aside.
  • Snoozed when you asked an alert to wait.
  • Acknowledged when you tapped Understood on a safety alert that cannot be dismissed.
  • Shown again when you turn an acknowledgement back off.
Each row keeps the alert title and the date the action was recorded. If a snoozed alert still has a return date, the row also shows when it returns.

What does not appear here

Activity & alerts is a history view, not the place to fix the original issue. Use the linked screen to update the trip, Rig Score input, maintenance task, or alert. Use it as a memory aid:
  • If the row is about a rig safety finding, open the Rig tab and review the current alert or grade cell.
  • If it is about service or tasks, open More, then Service & Tasks.
  • If it is the odometer nudge, open More, then Service & Tasks, and update the reading. See Odometer reminders and estimates for what it means.
  • If it is from a pre-trip checklist, open the planned trip and review readiness again.
  • If the alert no longer appears on the source screen, the underlying condition may already have changed.

Understand Understood

Some safety alerts are deliberately not dismissible. When those alerts show Understood, tapping it calms the card but does not hide it. The alert stays visible, still counts as current safety context, and does not change the score. If the underlying problem changes or becomes more serious, loadmate shows the alert at full urgency again. Hard legal-limit failures — where a weight is over a legal plate limit — stay at full urgency and do not offer Understood.

Snoozed tasks and checklist items

Service & Tasks has its own Snoozed tab in All Tasks. That is where to find maintenance tasks you have snoozed until a date. When a task snooze expires, it returns to its normal overdue, due-soon, or on-track status. The pre-trip checklist can also record a snooze action into Activity & alerts. That helps you find the fact that you set a trip item aside, but the checklist itself is still driven by the current trip and the current rig data.
